A Tiger, evidence of one found in Anzio, fitted with a crane. Its true purpose is unknown, possibly adapted as a mine-clearing device, as it lacked the power to lift even halftracks. Here's the wiki:

I highly doubt it, seeing that only one was ever recovered.

However, if there had been more discovered in ETO then I would probably take that as evidence that they were used on the Eastern Front.

I actually had no idea what a Bergetiger was until now thanks for posting about it lol

The Bergetiger for the Panzer Elite faction was actually a munitions-handling conversion that was used solely in Italy..
