I know them. My boyfriend lkes all the games and has already finished them. I can not even play it! I get killed in the first three minutes of the first level of the first mission of the first game!

Of course I know about it and you are right it is the best ww2 game. Actually I think it is the best game ever. I still have in installed and play missions over and over again but different strategies. It just never gets old. I did get hidden and dangerous which is the same thing like commandos but 3d it is also really good. Now that the HD2 is coming out this will be a really challenge to beat commandos.

Commandos is def. one of the best games to play on the computer if you like 3rd person games. If you want something with first person defitnetly Medal of Honor with the Spearhead expansion.

I wouldnt say its the best WWII Game Ever. There are too many other games that are better then Commandos. When it comes to squad-based-3rdPOV Action, then Commandos is - it is also the only one in the category. There are several 3rdPOV games, but they involve several squads - battalion sized games. For overall WWII Games, look at Sudden Strike/II, COmbat Missions: Beyond Overlord, TOAW Series WWII Scenarios. and of Course Medal of Honor. I must say i have had more fun playing those games - and a lot fo them are very realistic - then i have had playing Commandos. I also would take any of them over Commandos any day - due to their replayability and realism, and they are def. among the best WWII games ever.
