Well this evening the glorius forces of the Red Army smashed the German defenders of the small Prussian town of Strumpit. Von Maverik forces were ground into the earth under the tracks of our wonderous T-34s and quailed before the might of the Soviet soldier. Our Katuysas rained death upon the enemy. It was a good day for the USSR!

Well I beat MAverik... My Russkies taught him a thing or two! Highlight of the game was Maverik killing his own FAO with a 'command blunder'! Highly amusing for me as his Nebelwerfers and 105s had been causing some serious losses.

All praise for the Russian victory must go to Serzant Poppicok in T-34 number '41'. He single handedly destroyed a Hetzer unit after the rest of his group were destroyed. A true 'Hero of the Soviet Union'. He even survived the battle!

I wonder what the German propaganda machine will have to say about this defeat...

Pure Soviet Propaganda!

Sons of the the fatherland fought bitterly and courageously in Stumpit this evening where they engaged a numerically suppierior force.

The soviets paid dearly for every ft of ground won.( my artillary took out 3 soviet units in my first barrage, god I missed my FO!)

The armour and infantry units stood side by side and stuburnly refused to be removed from their positions!(basically I kept failing my command roles other wise I would have been out of there, lively!)

It can truely be said that everyman was willing to, unselfiously, lay down their lives for the fatherland (again failed my command roles) in order to ensure the defenders of Germany could prepare for the final battle against the evil of the bolivics(spelling).

Even now our leader is preparing a 'wonder' weapon (new f**king dice!) that will defeat and drive back the soviet menace(isn't he?!).

We will be victorious!

Blitzkreig Command. The most frustarting, irrating, annoying WW2 rule set! It was great!

Seriously very good rule set, free flowing when you get your command roles, and when you don't you have to be creative.

RB has had much more WW2 experience than me and he loves them.

Also as opposed to rapid fire, you really need to combine your armour and infantry to be affective.

Ah so that was what you were up to. A great victory for the allied forces. Soon the german forces will be crushed by the combined weight of the allied forces.
