I have Ace Combat 4, but I've never heard of Heros of the Pacific. Can you tell me a little more about it?

Its a really fun game. You get to fly all kinds of Allied and Axis planes in the PTO.

I have IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 for the PC. Most comprehensive flight sim out there! I havent played it at all, cant even take off! I plan, this summer, to learn how to fly it though! Graphics are amazing and the 1946 game includes, PTO and Eastern Front. They're making a Battle of Britain game too. Google IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 to see what i mean!

I had plenty of trouble learning to fly in Heroes of the Pacific, as well. I went to that google site and got knocked offline twice. Plenty of pop-ups there. I'm sure the realism is far better than PS2 though, but, being a PC game is just a bit too advanced for me...

I just love unleashing with the mp40 and panzerfaust in Call of Duty: United Offensive. A deadly duo.

I don't like the M1 garand in games. i always seem to have an odd number of bullets in my inventory. With the bolt-action weapons, the amount of bullets I have is always even.

I tend to use the Garand as a sniper, I know its not very clever, but I usually shoot 2-3 bullets per person. I try to get at least close to 1-2 in the chest area.. and then the head.

In Call of Duty 3, I never seem to miss with the Lee-enfield. Either I'm very good, or the bullets home in.

Silenced Sten in COD.
I would have said the "Chicago Typwriter" (from mobster days)(Thomson w/drum), but it kicks to much (in the game)(& doesn't have drum), in real life it's said that you could write your name with it.

u are right, it is very fun, and addicting, but you can fly more of the Japanese and American Aircraft in this game. I think only 3 German, and 2 british aircraft for the other planes.

It would have to be the Thompson followed by the M1911A1.
In real life, though, I personally wouldn't want to use a TSMG. It's hard to control. Never got the knack for it.

Why not the Yamato's guns, much bigger. But I can only play singleplayer on BM (im sharing a disk key ), so i don't get to use BBs much.

On CFS3, the 8 .50s on a Thunderbolt. Cuts through enemies like a hot knife through butter!

I'd choose for my favorite gun in a WW2 game the Garand or a scoped Springfield or K98 if I were a sniper. The reason I'd choose them is because I don't have to get close or frontally assault. I don't like the fact that if you get closer you'd have a bit more trouble then a far ranged based guns.
