Question What is your favorite gun in WW2 video games?

What was is your overall favorite gun to use in WW2 video games?

Any video games, Call Of Duty, Medal Of Honor, Battlefield 1942, the list goes on, so just, in general, what do you prefer the most?

I know not all the guns (by far) are in the poll, just the ones I could think of off the top of my head. Didn't include any exept the American and German guns. That's right, no Brit or Soviet weapons, here, folks!

Me? I'm all about the M1A1 Thompson, my friends.

As a second poll just for fun, what do you prefer? the M1911 or the Luger?

Like I said, for me, it's the Thompson all the way, and for the pistol poll, I'd probably have to say I use the Colt a lot more, but I always get a smile when I pick up someones Luger. So I voted for the Luger

I like the Sten. It is light, fair quality and very easy to handle, you can hide the spares and fix it fast when needed. It proved a valuable weapon for the Maquis.

I can't stand the noise that STG makes. It scracthes my ears. Maybe I should turn down the volume a little.

Me, I tend to be more a sniper than any other so I had to choose the Springfield (scoped of course), as for the pistol, M1911 due to the speed of the shots.

I 'd love to be a sniper, but a sniper rifle has many disadvantages in close combat so i vote for M1 Garand. As regards the pistol i'd say M1911

Kar 98 hands down. I absolutely love the gun and its accuracy. My favorite game to use the kar in is COD. I also like to use the STG 44 in BIA.

I´m quite sure one day we´ll be able to co-ordinate artillery and Katjushas so that´s when I can really sit back and watch some excellent orchestra playing its song...

Well, I tend to do the flight-sim thing rather than shooters, so I have to go with a 20mm Berezin B-20 ShVAK or Hispano... eat yer heart out Stg44s and BARs...

Garand and kar98 - always more satisfying killing an enemy with a rifle rather than an MG.

Since it is the only WWII game I have ever played, and you don't get to chosse weapons to use, my favorite "gun" is the Tiger Tanks in Talonsofts: Eastern Front.
