I've never been to a Drag Race, framert....they do it over here, but to me, it's really something unique to the USA. The atmosphere must be really something.....
( PS : When I said Silverstone was wet, it was really wet !

You wouldn't go drag racing in that...! )

Well, the local "Sun" magazine has been telling about Kimi Räikkönen´s drinking during the three week period between races and also that he spent one night with several people ( wife excluded naturally ) in his bed here in Finland...
If all this was true I don´t think Kimi would be driving at all well this weekend. We´ll see...

Top man !
At least he'd seem human - a lot of the F1 crowd give the appearance being super-fit zombies mainly concerned with worrying about their pension funds.....

I thought it was one of the best races this season. Istanbul Park is definately a circuit to watch in the future. I like it when the car holds out, kimi is unbeatable. Pity McLaren/Mercedes couldn't get the car right early in the season.
As to Kimi's escapades....it seemed to have done him nothing bad....
And what about 5 blown right rear tires with the WIlliams team????

BTW,
just remembered an old Formula 1 joke.
Nelson Piquet once called his friend.
" You know, I just became father today!"
"Oh Congrats old Buddy! said the friend.
The next day Nelson rang again:
" You know, I just became father today!"
I suspect the story might be a true one as well...

Unfortunately felt my eyelids drooping during the Italian Grand Prix - the lead never changed hands.
The first five cars were covered by 34 seconds - makes me yearn for that day at Monza when the first five cars were covered by 0.98 sec.....

Great driving by Kimi (again) but too late for him, sorry!
The Finnish press getting "wild":
The local "Sun" claimed that if Kimi had been Rommel´s tank driver Rommel would have had no problems in reaching Alexandria back in WW2...

Yes! YESSS!
Nico Rosberg will be driving Williams next season! Now just get Mr Kovalainen there too and that´d make some 2 and 1/2 Finns racing F1! ( Nico is the 1/2 Finn ...)
At least Nico has the looks and it seems that he´s got the speed as well!

Rumours (!) that Schumi might quit after next year and Kimi would join Ferrari then... We´ll see...I just know that Alonso and Kimi working together does not really sound possible...

Well, the new season is about to start. Interesting to see who wins this one.
The rumours are quite wild about Kimi going to the Ferrari next season. We´ll see but have to wait until September before Ferrari announces its new drivers.

Seriously..... ....Anybody any guess what the new Aguri team is going to do? 2 Japanese drivers and prospects that it will outdo the Minardi's of old?
