Default 1979 FA Cup Final

So since i have Cable now i went with an option that gives me Vs. Channel amongst others. My second favorite channel is FSC (Fox Soccer Channel) which for some reason didnt show the Copa America Final last night (Argentina vs. Brazil) but i did watch the 1979 FA Cup Final between Arsenal and Man Utd....wow!

Pretty rough looking bunch of guys, with fro-like hair! Some interesting rules back then...the goalie for instance can pick the ball up even if own team mate passes it back to him. None-the-less, i watched the game with anticipation. 2 - 0 Arsenal going into half time. But the last 5 minutes of the game were wild!

Man Utd. Scored in the 85th minute or something, then again in the 87th minute to tie it up. But then in the 89th Minute (i could be slightly off with when exactly the goals were scored) Arsenal scored! 3 - 2 Final Score, to Arsenal, but what a crazy game! Amazing 3rd goal too!

EDIT: Crap, i cant change thread title! I should check my spelling in the futre...not 1879 but 1979 should be the correct date!

That was a great match!

Also it was something "different" from 1988 when Wimbledon crazy gang won Liverpool in the FA cup final!

Always "loved" Vinnie Jones´footballer looks...I´m sure Paul Gascoigne remembers the man well...

I have a lot of FA cups on video that ive downloaded from various locations. My particular favorite is the 1970 FA cup final replay between Chelsea and Leeds.

The 1964 Final between West Ham and Preston North End is also very good
