I finally had to chance to upload some pictures of my other models. Here is a Tamiya 1/35 KV-2 a built about five years ago. This one was built "out of the box", with the exception of an antenna I made with a strip of solder. I painted this to represent a KV-2 stationed outside Moscow in the winter of 1941 (hence the hasty "whitewash" paint job). I've tried to show appropriate weathering on certain parts (mainly the gun barrel).
Tanks are very interesting; they have so much variety in their color schemes. I have this book (http://img.over-blog.com/227x300/5/40/43/78/lectures/blindeswwii.jpg) which shows clearly this wide range of colors and patterns.
