    Hi everyone

    I'm in the process of researching my late uncle's military career. He joined the NY National Guard 165th Inf. (old 69th). When they were federalized they were assigned to the 27th Infantry.

    I know of Love's book on the 27th Inf., but I am interested in discussing this with any members that might know more about the subject.
