    Hello all!, i am looking for any information about my uncle's service in wwii. He served in the 40th Engineer Combat Battalion and his name was Frank Davis from holdenville Okla. and his service number was 38319558.

    he served in sicily, nettuno italy, st maxime france, and eastern europe france

    There was no 40th Engineer Combat Battalion in WWII. If you instead meant regiment, Google will keep you entertained for awhile.
