The official designation seems to have been 413th Medical Collecting Company. They left Boston aboard the West Point on 12 October 1944. 189th General Hospital | WW2 US Medical Research Centre
According to the May 1945 Continental telephone directory, it was attached to the Third Army and its APO # was 403.
