Dr Matthais Strohn is going to be talking about the German Invasion of the Soivet Union at Lunchtime Wednesday 22nd June 2016 in London.
Dr Strohn is a specialist in the history of the German army in the 20th century, with a special interest in the World Wars. He is a senior lecturer in the Department of War Studies, Sandhurst and Senior Research Fellow in Modern War Studies at the University of Buckingham. He holds a commission in the Bundeswehr. I have heard him speak on sebveral occasions. He is brilliant and always brings a different angle to the subject, with wit and humour.
