A 105 mm shell used as a chair.

    I bought this shell on a fair, and at first I couldn't spot that it was a shell, but my neighbour pointed it out for me, so i bought it, the seller said it had been a chair on a boat, but he couldn't tell for sure, have you guys got any more info on this?

    Ya, the seller said it was a chair, but my guess would be that there has been a flowerpot on top of it.

    Interesting recycling and it's dated 1981

    Yup, it was made in 1981 by Raufoss Ammunition Factory(?)

    Raufoss are among others manufacterers for Nato, so this could explain how this ended up in Norway
