The One Man Army has returned!

After a short imposed vacation, I have decided to return and grace you with my wit, my positive aura, and most importantly my dominant alpha-musk. I'll be back to sowing truth and logic as soon as practicable.

    You are welcome Rogues!

Kodiak, I was about to get angry and threaten to come to your house and fight you, but I though better of it. There is no need to get shot by a glorious steampunk rifle.

For those who don't know O.M.A. and I work at the same Chicago based company together, but in different areas and on different floors. A couple days after his "Coolering" he came by my office with a huge grin on his face. His first words were: "So, am I allowed to talk to you?"

O.M.A. took his medicine like an adult. It's not often you hand out a (temporary) ban and then run into the subject of that ban at the water cooler a couple days later.

It's gratifying to see a member of the site that doesn't whinge when something happens in the world of ether. We have a few good examples of that here, with formerjughead given a good many opportunities to complain, and not doing so even once. There is a reason they call him the Cooler King, he's earned it.

Ha! So his calculated charm offensive had led our great leader into nepotism. Don't come crying to us when you find yourself fetching water for him from the cooler.

Well, both members involved in the "incident" received three weeks Cooler time at the outset. The punishment term was not shortened by a single minute, nor did O.M.A. ask for it to be shortened despite his direct access to the judge and jury.

The return of O.M.A. is heralded (I think). Welcome back, for now anyway!

Which reminds me, we should have a thread of such juicy categories as:

    1. trips to the cooler
    2. total time in the cooler
    3. warnings
    4. posts/threads deleted by the mods and what rogue was responsible for posting those items
    5. threads kicked to the stump

That's all I can think of right now. If anyone else can come up with other worthy categories, please feel free to suggest them.

I appreciate someone with the ability to say stuff as dumb as myself.

    Welcome back

    Oh good sir!

My comments weren't dumb in any sense. I was Coolered for a well crafted cutting tome that was anything but dumb. Don't feel bad, from what I've read of your posts you're not that dumb! :D

I'm starting a 'book' on just when a "Special Prosecutor" is announced. Entry is $10.00 US with a guaranteed payout of 10%! :)
