I recently read one of the principals of aero club passed away now the article said they were still in business and had no plans to close, but most mail order sites have dropped them completely or list kits as out of production. So are they gone for good or what.

Please don't take this as definitive, and I'll be happy to be shown to be wrong, but...

My own view is that Aeromodels just seemed to 'fade away' after the sudden and tragic death of Peter Wright in 2010. Many hobby shops held good stocks for a long time but now, their kits and parts are quite sought-after. They were based in Nottingham but now I can find no website or email address, etc.

    So it doesn't look good.
