Background Information: I was inspired to write this when thinking: what happened if Poland hadn't brokered an alliance with the Allies? If the Molotov - Ribbentrop Pact wasn't created? Name: Justin Setting: A narrative of 1939 - 1943. Genre: Narrative .1939 Because of complications in Poland (a well-funded rebel group), Poland is unable to create a pact with the Allies of France and Britain. Little did they know that the group was funded by Hitler and the Nazis... .May Hungary joins the Axis, the first to do so (Slovakia was never created). They are given some of Czechoslovakia and demand some territory from Romania. .June Plans are made to invade Poland. Lithuania gives in to Germany after a week-long war that was already lost within the first hours. .August Poland is invaded. Because of the nonexistant alliance between Poland and the Allies, WWII is prolonged for a bit more... View attachment 8940 Germany at it's largest in history yet, August 27 .1939 .December Bulgaria is invited into the Axis. Germany and Hungary plan to invade Romania, while planning to give some of that gained territory to their newest ally. .1940 .January Romania is invaded. The Soviet Union, having had an alliance with the nation, sends over supplies and volunteers - but does not declare war. .February Romania falls. Total casualties of Germany's conflicts numbers at 700,000. View attachment 8941 Germany, Bulgaria and Hungary by February 14 - Valentine's Day. Romania is partitioned between the three nations and plans are made to make advances into the south. .March Plans are made to invade Yugoslavia and Albania. Hitler tells the rest of Europe - "This will be our final advance to take back the German people." The Allies hope so - if not, "It will be Hitler's head!" French president Lebrun announces. .May Yugoslavia is invaded by the three Axis nations. The country falls by May 21 - and Germany alone is bigger than ever imagined. View attachment 8942 The Axis after the fall of the Balkans on May 23. .June Hitler plays a very smart move - not wanting his newly-conquered people to rebel, he gives some of the Balkans independence - with the help of Bulgaria and Hungary, of course. To compensate for the lost land, Hitler orders the cecetion (sp?) of the Kolding province in Denmark. View attachment 8943 The newly-independent Serbia and it's Axis allies. Serbia is given heavy amounts of supplies, ammunition and weapons from the Axis, allowing it to build up an army of nearly 8 divisions in just 4 months. Well, that's it for now, not gonna be able to post again until about next weekend... so enjoy (yeah right) what is here! Thanks for reading the BEGINNING of this little story thing...
