it was armed with a 47 mm gun and 4 mg, I belive this could be better in the ugly tank category

 

It is the pre-war British Independent tank, which was the basic influence for the Russian T35.

I couldn't actually find anything abut it, just remarks on it that were all about the T35. That's why I didn't know the name of the designer or factory. But yeah, you could consider it homework. Keep it coming!

Yes its an 45mm model 1932 gun and the next prototype called the A-30 were equipped with an 76,2mm L/30,5 gun.
