This is something of an oddball one-off currently available in UK newsagents. My eye was immediately taken by the colour-enhanced front cover photo of the MP44-toting Kampfgruppe Hansen man at Poteau ( I had to buy it just for that ) - and how often do you see a British publication with 'Belgium' in the title...?

This is one of an occasional series by Wharncliffe in conjunction with Pen&Sword ( another one appeared earlier this year about the Dambusters ). Yes - there's the danger signal - Pen&Sword :(

These magazines mainly consist of extracts from current P&S titles. This one contains articles about battles from Ramillies in 1706, through Mons and Passchendaele to WWII. Here, there's a reasonable selection including Eben Emael, Hurtgen and two articles about the Bulge. Authors include Tim Saunders, Charles Whiting, Andy Rawson and David Cooke.

These articles probably won't have much new to say to members of this Forum, but it's nicely done and would be ideal for a long train or air journey. Illustrations are nice but very familiar and as a 'bonus' there's a decent selection of adverts from Battlefield tour operators.
