One book fits this description, The Military Atlas of World War II by Chris Bishop. This book totally owns. Fact arent the greatest, but the map are sweet.

If the facts aren't the greatest, how can it be the best book ever?

It can be the best book ever because the map are so detailed with battle plans and division movements. By fact i mean the little write up above the maps, and they arent that bad, just not the greatest.

I have a military atlas (it may even be the same one) which I find very helpful - and quite fascinating.
