Camíllus D-day memorial dagger...?

    Seems like only 2000 of these were made. Anyone know the story behind these daggers? Thanx!

    KA-Bar had a similar series of knives a few years back, I don't think there is any intrinsic value to them above whatever you are willing to pay. They basically boil down to a limited edition "commerative" marketing scheme intended for knife collectors.

    I think they would make a neat gift for a "D-Day" veteran.

    Agreed, this is commemorative souvenir in my opinion
