Can anybody please help me with this medal

Hi,

Can anybody please help me? I believe this to be a German 12 year long service cross, I have checked all of the dimensions and it apears to be genuine, I know that there are a lot of copies and fakes, it came with three other awards, can anybody give me their opinion as to authenticity?

It looks genuine to me too, but don't take it for granted because many good fakes were made. Ask for extra confirmation. There is not much left of the silvering. Of course a cased version with ribbon and hand woven runes are hard too find, so you can be happy with this current version.
