    Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew what country this helmet would belong to, it looks like it is in good condition, it could be a remake of one but some of the webbing inside has been replaced with new webbing as some of the older stuff is falling apart.
If anyone has any information on this that would be helpful thank you. 20180607_150137 (1).jpg 20180607_150149 (1).jpg

Thought it was Japanese but alas it was not. Looks American to me

Looks like a old Com-Bloc helmet. Post a pic of the inside and side/rear views. Rich A. in Pa.

Looks to be a derivative of the Soviet Ssh40. Hungarian m50-65 perhaps? Certainly isn't a US M1.

I think the interior has mostly been replaced with new leather by the looks of it.

It is indeed a hungarian M70 helmet.

Whilst the liner system is very different, the shell is almost identical to that of the wartime soviet Ssh-40 helmet.
