Where are all the posts about “The Forces Sweetheart”; Dame Vera Lynn?

She has done so much to make sure that the 14th Army (The Forgotten Army) during the Burma Campaign did not remain forgotten.

Her wartime hits like “We’ll meet again”, “There’ll be Bluebirds over the White Cliffs of Dover” and “It’s a lovely day tomorrow” must have tugged at the heartstrings of even the most battle-hardened Sergeant Major.

Let us not forget her continuing work with The Royal British Legion too. A grand old lady who deserves recognition on this forum.
