Wow - that was a quick welcome! Or is it automated? I'm a keen historian, war movie lover & also have (had) 4 grandparents who all did their bit in WW2 (sadly only one is still with us, may the other 3 RIP) - from Land Girl, WRVS, to Tank support in North Africa & Engineering (comms) in Normandy & Beyond. But I could never really get them to talk about it much, so I've signed up here in the hope of deepening my already extensive knowledge of this period. Thanks
