Nice piece! I hve three German holsters myself-but only two are from WWII.

One is a Brown P-38 Solftshell breakaway that belonged to a guy who served in the Landshut area of Germany. The 2nd WWII holster I have is in absolute mint condition-black finish and it too is a softshell P-38 breakaway holster. The last holster is also a P-38 holster--named-to a policeman by the name of Boland. This one was made and issued in 1962-or3? and is a hardshell holstr but not of the WWII style.
