   When I was a grad student at Purdue my lead prof was always asking me, "How do I tell a Wildcat from a Hellcat", or "Is that an Iowa or a South Dakota?"
   
   I told him the easiest ways to tell the planes and ships apart, and I am thinking I could share those here, plus pick up some other tips from you Rogues.
