Hey guys I forgot to tell you I am Shermans Older Brother .He Recommeneded this website and Ive been reading some posts on here for a while now . He wants to say that he is sorry for what he posted just he gets angry when he finds people that are more knowledable and have more facts than him . I read his posts and some of the other peoples posts after him and I REALLY dislike the health comments . Yes he does have an illness as a matter of fact . He just gets really angry sometimes .Well thats all I gotta say .
As I was around when Sherman appeared on here I would just like to point out that he was treated with remarkable politeness and restraint by the Forum members as a whole, the handful of health related comments that were made were probably because of the way he flew off the handle and started swearing when people would disagree with him and showed no inclination to stop doing so despite being warned. His banning was pretty much inevitable considering the content and language used in some of his posts, the only reason that he was on here as long as he was really was down to the fact that at the time the forum Admin were away on holiday. I'm genuinely sorry to hear he has an illness, but you have to appreciate that this is impossible to tell from down a keyboard, from that perspective he seemed basically just ill-tempered and ill-mannered.
Well he doesnt like the Brits to much either .Just cause of what they did to My Grandma and Her sister . He cant control it sometiimes .You should have warned him before banning then he would have calmed down .But w/e .He is becoming a full Historian now .He acutally can prove his answers with realiable info .Also to add I did not see any warning of being banned on there, make sure they know that before you do .Whatever just kinda angered me to see my brother getting yelled at but then again you had no clue of his illness
well if its not to much to ask can you give him a second chance .He has learned his leason .He Realizes that some people know more about ww2 than him and he is deeply sorry . Ill watch over him when he comes on here to make sure he isnt doing anything bad . If you dont want to give him a second cance I understand its fine with me just the only people that like talking about ww2 to him are you guys here .
I'm neither Admin nor Moderator on here so it is not my obligation to warn anyone of anything, nor is it my place to offer second chances. I will say though that his behaviour and posts were clearly against the Forum rules as posted at the time, he was warned repeatedly to calm down and not take things personally by admin, mod and other members but apparently ignored the warnings. Sorry he doesn't like the British, but bear in mind this is an international forum with quite a few British members and prejudices against any nationality don't go down very well. Ricky and Roel will decide on any un-bannings, but the last time anyone had their banning lifted it had to be re-instated later anyway.
I understand .I will monitor him if nessisary .Yes wellThe British Problem is something from WW2 .Sorry to hear that he wouldnt stop but sometimes he doesnt know any better .Well it doesnt matter do what you wish .Justbe nice if you gave that chance to him .I know your not a admin .
As a Forum Admin I would like to try to make you understand why we can't allow Sherman back on the forums. As you can see when reading his posts, he has been severely rude with many forum members and nationalities, something that we simply cannot allow. This may all be because of an illness on his part and I am sorry to hear that he suffers from it, but he never made that clear himself. All he did was insult members, insult countries and disrespect the Forum and its rules. If he has a problem with people of a certain nationality that he cannot control then he does not belong on an international forum, because we cannot start treating certain members with velvet gloves as they yell and swear and break forum rules. There are no exceptions. On another note, Sherman has approached me via email and MSN repeatedly asking to be allowed back on the forums, and whenever I refused this he became very rude indeed. This did not inspire me to have any confidence in him.
Of course not, they will only say it if it is relevant. Such as if they have insulted people unintentionally. Sherman himself never claimed any such loss of control as you tell us he suffers from. Thank you for your understanding.
They share an IP, which means that they both use the same computer. However that is not conclusive evidence, me and my brother used to do that too. I'm not excluding the option, though, Baron.
I remember that guest user named "Baron" had the same IP that Sherman had. Upon being confronted with this, member "Sherman" said that he had forgotten about his other username...
Yes well we live in the same house we both have the same Ip and yes my brother does Use the username Baron that is his call of duty name .
