Hello, all glad to have found this forum. My name is Joe and allow me to start by saying I'm a bit of a history nut. My father is a WWII-era Army veteran, I am a "triple winner" of the Iraq conflict with the Marines. I've joined this forum because my father is 90 years old and I know very little of his service but do not want to bother him by asking (did enough as a young man, knowing what it is I now reget it) Dad suffered silently for years with what he lived through until about three years ago when he went with me to get counciling. I have (some) of his discharge paperwork but the fire at the records center destroyed most of them. My father was a DUKW driver. Anyone who would be willing to help please feel free to P.M.
