We'll thoroughly review what you've reported for violations of our
offensive material policy. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

We'll review the listing or post carefully. If we determine that it
    violates eBay policy, we may:
-- send the seller a warning
    -- remove the listing
-- limit the seller's buying and selling privileges

We usually won't suspend a seller's account unless the seller has
violated our policies multiple times. To protect the privacy of our
members, we don't share what actions we choose to take.

For more information on our offensive material policy, please visit:
    http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/offensive.html

    Thanks,
    eBay

He might be able to claim clause 1 there - as it could be argued well that any camp related item has substantial social value due to being part of 'make sure we don't forget'.

I hope this guy is stopped, but E-Bay isn't the only selling place. He could probably be accused of unlicensed archeology.

Histroy has shown that you can not regulate morality or stupidity. Some of these items certainly belong in a museum. Nothing should ever be advertised or sold under the premise of being found in a death camp.

    I reported him as well.

It's just sick how people are ready to make money on the back of Holocaust victims. I hope he can stand his own sight in the mirror.

Did his post on ebay state where he lived? It would seem to me that he might have a problem establishing that he is indeed the legal owner of the artifacts. That is if they are real. Either way the local police might take a dim view of his activities.

This guy does not offer any background or documentation as to where and when these items were found. He sounds like a rip-off artist to me.

Not quite sure what documentation he could provide if they were illegally dug up from a camp. I think a rip-off is highly likely, but documentation would make it even more suspicious.
