it may seem if i wasnt away for that long but i soon got fired from my paper round and i am taking a rest from my other jobs because of anger management problems so its nice to see you guys again

Re: post subject i dont realy care about what people think about me i want my problem sorted out and i find talking to people helps
that is the spirit, accept your problem and face it most of the time we only need to talk to others to get over some situation but many do not like to talk about it
i just got fed up with getting angry over nothing and shouting at my friends and family plus i get realy angry with myself if i cant do any thing . the reason i got fired was because someone said something and i threatened them so i except i need help
