    I hope I'm in the right place for this idea,I'm intrested in a home front forum unless there is one here if so can you direct me to it.My mother in law met her husband via a gi pen pal.He served with the second marine div in the pacific in ww2 and was an instructor at Cherry point during the Korean Conflict his name is Burford Lamar Hall thank you for your time.

    Lots of WWII references in the 1945 MGM cartoon. I liked the USN gun grew on the merchant ship and the 4F Lockheed worker :)

    Bobby's salute prompted me to watch the MGM cartoon again and I just noticed a "C card" gas ration sticker on the Mayflower.
