Funny, I thought there were some kind of instructions about posting pictures but I couldn't find it right away.
I believe there is three ways to post image:

    A. Adding it as an attachment.
    1. From "Add an Attachment" click Browse from that filename-thingy.
    2. Search picture from your computer and choose it.
    3. Click Add Attachment, you can also give some comment about that picture.
    4. Click Submit.

    B. Linking picture from internet using img-tags.
    1. Click Img from tag list.
    2. Put picture's url next to that opening tag.
    3. Close img tag by clicking Img*
    4. Click Submit.
(Warning: make sure you can actually do that, some pages wont allow you to link directly to their pictures. I understand this because directly linking to image "steals" their bandwith. )

    C. Linking picture from internet using URL-tags. This is similar to using img-tags, just different tag.

You can also name that link by using this method: (tags are misspelled in order to show them)
[ULR=www.fancypicturesite.org/funnypictureaboutliangandmonkey.jpg]Add here something you want to describe that link[/ULR]
By typing those tags correctly (ULR->URL) you get this:
Add here something you want to describe that link

Ofcourse that link wont work because that kind of address cant be found.

We have a number of threads describing how to post pictures under Announcements and Suggestions, which is where I´m moving this thread as well.

Making this or that other topic sticky would be nice. They could be found easier. Also naming them better (Here are instructions on how to post pictures) or something like that.
    Could moderators do that?

There used to be a sticky 'how to post pictures' in the Mebers Lounge, or somewhere...

Liang, there should be no spaces or returns between the (img) tags and the URL of the picture. Notice that I edited your second post and that it now works, unlike your first which doesn't. I simply removed all spaces between the tags and the URL.

Those few minutes I used typing those instructions weren't wasted time. Liang posted several nice photos to several different sections. Good job Liang!

The only "error" that could occur which prevents you from posting pictures is that they are too large. If it's not that, we can't help it. It might be something in the internet connection that prevents you from uploading files; the idea is that the Forum will copy a file from your harddrive into its own database. If there is something in between that doesn't allow this to happen (for example firewalls get annoying in this respect) then you won't be able to upload pictures.
