HPS Simulations Squad Battles Spanish Civil War

I got this game a month ago, and am having a bit of trouble. I'm wondering if anyone here has used Squad Battles and can tell me some things.
First, is there a way to get a pinned unit out of a stack of units? That way, I can get everyone else moving. It sucks having five units I could use, if not for one of them being pinned by enemy fire.
Second, in scenarios where I have air or artillery support, I can't figure out how to get it to pinpoint on a target. I keep clicking and can get nowhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

 

This is kind of helpful in my opinion. If anyone els can be helped with this, let me know.
