I already have about 800 wives and girlfriends, so I have little need for any more.

You can tell that sonofecthelion is only young. He claims to have about 800 wives & girlfriends & has little need for any more.
I, on the otherhand have the the benefit of age & wisdom, therefore I declare "I have about 1 wife & have little need for any more"!! :D

Maybe there are some females, but they are too afraid to post their pictures on a forum full of men!

My wife says "Because we are not sad gits!"

    I find this MOST offensive!

Yeah - my girlfriend managed to make the offer of a day out at Bovvie sound rather dull!
Mind you, she did take me to the Duxford D-Day Airshow for my birthday, so she's not an entirely hopeless case...

    Ricky,
You can tell your girlfriend from me (or to be more precise, my wife) that although she might find a full day at the Bovington Tank Museum too much, it is enjoyable for 3 - 4 hours, even for a lady with next to no interest in the war.

    Thanks David, I'll try... ;)

She is interested in history - though her specialist area is 20th Century America. I occaisionally wind her up by claming that America has no history. (note - this is a joke, and does not reflect my real view, nor the view of this forum! :D ). I think the whole physical warfare thing is not really her idea of interesting - she is more into the politics. Although she does have an unhealthy interest in weaponry!

However, having sufficiently diverted the topic, when do we get a picture of David?

Hey... You look like me David. Are you sure we are not related.

    But seriously that is funny.

No, I cannot put my picture up, evein if I did have a scanner. My wives have said that it might be attractive to any of the female members on the forum. They each think that it is wrong to have 801 wives.

Why don't you try a more modest request. I'm sure he could miss a few dozen, but 400 all at once? :D

This is ridiculous. We'd like to see pictures of members here, not discussions on polygamy.

It appears that my 800 wives are distracting other people. I will divorce them.

Perhaps we should start a different threat on the history of "shoes", from my experience, it will guarantee to draw female audience. Perhaps a discussion on the best or worst shoes, the most useless shoes of the 20th century......
