despite big business claiming "No intimidation ", there is still a lot of it.
most job sites have foremen who are well over 6 ft, 200 lbs.
cant recall any women in that job.
my new manager is 6'4, and trained mma.
    safety manager is 6'3, 240.
intimidation is real and active on job sites.

Strength is not always physical...don’t play the role they want you to play, in your eyes, posture and tone...

Size don't mean squat. I never felt intimated but worked for, and with, some who tried using their height advantage to cow me and others. I'm about 5'7" and a hundred fifty pds. One job I had was machining gears for Caterpillar bulldozer engines and the rough castings weighted 42lbs. Hoists were a nuisance so you'd just pick them up. Better than a gym membership. Anyway, I felt confident. Only had one who actually threatened me but I reminded them it's the little guys you have to look out for. Ever heard of a guy named Audie Murphy? A-hole at work came toward me blustering and I just said I might get hurt but he'd know he'd been in a fight. He stopped, kept yelling some nonsense and I just looked at him. Others walked him away.
Biggest problems were the sh#head foremen/supervisors who let their title feed their egos. Even at my height I had three or four 'bosses' shorter than me. Couple of Those were real pieces of work.
