Hi folk! It's an honor to join these forums. I'm a WWII enthusiast (which I think means I like it but am no expert.) I'm joining here to hopefully glean from all you smart people A little about myself: -I work as a storyboard artist and am fascinated with story (which is why I love WWII so much--so many amazing stories.) -I've worked as a story lead for Disney and have been a writer for HarperCollins, though right now I'm just freelance -I'm a millenial (but hopefully have my head on straight -I first became interested in WWII after hearing my great-aunt's deathbed story--she was a little girl in Holland during German occupation, and a German soldier saved her life. It was such an amazing story it turned me into an enthusiast. -I'm most interested in the European homefront, so if any of you know a lot about that, I'd love to get in touch with you. I am currently working on several WWII media projects, but want to make sure I'm getting the information in them accurate. I will very probably be posting questions in the other forum sections, but I thought I would introduce myself here first. It's an honor to meet you ^_^
Welcome! We don't often get people in your line of work who want to get things straight. You'll find plenty of help here.

Copied from a booklet given to new recruits on arrival at boot camp. Probably the only smiling Chief they saw for a good long while.
