Not really related to concentration camps, but interesting anyway. Builders uncover Jewish WWII trove in yard in Poland
Russo216: It is heartbreaking that these items are all that remain of innocent peoples' lives who found themselves the targets of determined, state-sponsored, racial and religious hate. But it is also heartening that two of the menorahs were lit and brought light to a surviving Jewish community in Łodz, this Hanukkah past. We must all pledge to assure that never again will such crimes as those of the 1930s and 1940s happen! The capacity for atrocity and the capacity to prevent atrocity is in almost all of us. We must fight the former and have the courage to do the latter every day of our lives, no matter the cost. Man's inhumanity to man can know no bounds in our darkest times. Those darkest times are not all behind us. Very respectfully. Evilroddy.
