Tomorrow is Holocaust Remembrance Day. This article was in today's paper, and I thought it was appropriate.
Wednesday night at sundown, Jews around the world will remember the six million who perished at the hands of the Nazis. This annual reflection, marked by special commemorations, is known as Yom Hashoah or Holocaust Remembrance Day.
For Allan Silverberg of Langhorne and members of the Fegelson-Young-Feinberg Jewish War Veterans Post 697 of Bucks County, the memory of those senselessly murdered doesn’t occur only once a year. It occupies just about every waking hour.
