    Hello ,

I'm just back from Bastogne were i was looking for some relics but i think the woods over there are searched empty,
    Right or Wrong?,

The only thing i found is an m1 garand clip and some m1 garand bullets.
    but i'm happy with it.

Yes - the 'metal detector' brigade have been very busy in the Ardennes over the last ten years. You can find some relics further off the beaten track and away from the main areas such as Bastogne - but you have to look very hard.

It would actually be easier to buy relics at local fairs, but finding them yourself is much more fun I admit.
