While hunkering down at home I pulled this one out of my collection and dusted it off...it's called "Lifeboat" from 1944. Not a whole a lot of war action but simply survivors floating around in the North Atlantic in a crowded life boat after being sunk by a U-Boat. I forgot also it was directed by Alfred Hitchcock, so you know there will be some kind of twist at the end. Today most won't recognize any of the actors or the famous actress Tallulah Bankhead but still a interesting film for it's time and nominated for some Academy Awards.

...these films with no or minimal location changes/action/etc are based mostly on acting and dialogue--which usually makes them better than the blood-gore-action-sex crap
...Flight of the Phoenix is like that
