Abebooks.com lists 2 copies, both from dealers in Germany.

I've ordered quite a few books from "over there." Although the shipping information may say "30 - 45 days" or such, more often than not, I receive it in 1 -2 weeks. For surface shipping, it just depends on whether the package arrives in time to be placed on a ship that's ready to leave port - and there's usually at least one ship leaving a port everyday. At any rate, the shipping cost is a lot less than your airfare to go over and pick it up personally
