looking for info on a photograph

    I have a original black & white photograph of Hitler with his top ranking soldiers. The writing on the back says," Kamer 1942 Munchen. Would anyone know what event this was or what the photograph is worth? I would appreciate any help with this because I have been holding on to this for 20 years now and I really don't know what to do with it! Thanks
