Look forward to seeing him there.

JUST AN FYI FOR THOSE PLANNING TO ATTEND...
PARKING LOT CHANGES - NEW THIS YEAR

ATTENTION!! On Friday and Sunday, with the exception of parking lots reserved for Special Guests, registered re-enactors, show volunteers, and the handicapped with proper credentials and tags, all WWII Weekend parking will be at the Reading Fairgrounds, only. Shuttle buses will not pick-up or drop-off at any other parking lots. On these two days, all buses will be express shuttles directly from the pick-up point at the Museum to the Fairgrounds.

Follow the signs posted at the US 222/ Rt 183 Bernville RD - Reading Airport exit. If you wish to navigate yourself, the GPS address is 1216 Hilltop Road, Leesport, PA 19533.

On Saturday, all regular parking locations will be in use, and those visitors who prefer to walk to and from their vehicles may still do so on that day. Buses will serve all the customary lots.

Hoping the A6M2 and PBY amphibian make it in. It will be a first for each. The rest of the a/c look to be the usual suspects.

Always a great show. This will be my 25th year attending and I always look forward to the show. Wondering how many other folks are going to attend?
Seeing the Lancaster and Mosquito were pretty impressive to me in prior years

I remember a couple years back when, out of the blue, an AH-64Apache put in an appearance to do a touch-and go.

Walter Stitt, the other 3AD guy that will be there, is a decent speaker. If he gives a talk, it will be worth taking it in.

Stitt was well worth taking in on Sunday, unfortunately the previous speaker ran long, so Stitt had to give an abbreviated talk.

That is unfortunate. Did you get a chance to meet Clarence? He's a bit more soft spoken and not an orator like Stitt. However, he enjoys conversation and can be very candid.

I saw him on there on Saturday. I did get a chance to met him, but there was not a lot of time for conversation as there was a long line of those waiting to see him. Very nice gentleman, wish we had had more time to converse.

Hope he makes it again next year. Fingers crossed.

Thought it was a good weekend but wished there was more time to speak with Clarence. Also enjoyed seeing the Zero. It flew on Friday but unfortunately had some issues and did not fly on Saturday

Yeah, the A6M had the same issues again on Sunday, she taxied out, but had to be brought back. Still, it was quite a treat seeing her fly with the Wildcat on Friday.

Also, that Catalina was quite impressive. The Piper Cub landing on the pickup was pretty cool to see too, although I would have preffered to see the paratroop jump they had in past years.
