where would he be riding?? at first I thought it was a tank as many stories reported it as a tank ....but I see that isn't the case...if going downhill, maybe a jolt flipped him out?? riding on the front sure looks dangerous on hilly terrain
I know when we rode amtracs, if we didn't have helmets on, we would've had a lot of headaches -especially while riding topside, or standing....

I read he was ran over by a high speed tractor, maybe a prime mover such as a Dragon Wagon. War Online, was the source I saw.

The M5 he was riding on is a high speed tractor. The M26 Dragon Wagon is also a prime mover like the M5 but it is wheeled. I haven't seen it called a high speed tractor before. Check wiki entries for M2, M4, M5 and M6 high speed tractors. Very neat vehicles.

He was riding on the front edge, facing inwards, lost his balance and fell off. Went under the tread I am presuming.

Thanks Dave, I have seen Dragon Wagons, but not the high speed tractors.

but if ''inside'', seems less likely to fall out and be run over??

That's what I'd think, but people do stupid things.

especially when not familiar with the vehicles/items/etc...yes, --good call--we should have a ''stupid things'' thread...is there one out already??
