The MAS-38 is a French designed and manufactured SMG but due to the capture of it's factory by the Germans, it mostly saw action on the hands of the Nazi during WW2. That the Germans would even consider the weapon as an alternative for it's forces attest to its quality. It's just a bit strange looking animal though.
