Yeah I'm a bit late, but I just now had the opportunity to park in front the computer and get caught up. But what do y'all do at your house on New Year's Day? I head up to Mom's house for the traditional Southern New Year's Day meal, black eyed peas, cabbage, pork and a skillet of cornbread on the side Mom cooked some nice pork chops down in the skillet and made gravy for the rice. Rice and gravy is big here in Louisiana, and it's good too.

    So, what did y'all do?
