M3A1 Scout car in France during the summer of 1944, its overall olive drab painted over with a black pattern.

Dodge 4x4 weapons carrier in France, summer 1944, painted in the basic olive drab but with field drab pattern painting on both the vehicle and the canvas tilt; the latter was unusual on U.S. Army vehicles, the canvas usually being left as manufactured.

Dodge 4x4 ambulance used in France during the summer of 1944. The vehicle is in overall olive drab and bears the red cross and U.S. Army Medical Corps insignia.
