I'm looking for more information on something called "missione Oto" in an Italian book I'm reading. As far as I can tell, it's an American mission in Nice (perhaps elsewhere, too), headed by one Captain Morrow, and in charge (at least) of liaising with the French and Italian partisans in the back country. Its apparent British equivalent is the British Liaison Mission for Nice.

Could anybody tell me where I might find more info about this "Oto"? What "Oto" stands for, for example? I'd be most grateful.
