Music on the forum

This issue may have been covered before. If not, some of you may think I'm nitpicking, but on a forum about WW II couldn't the site sponsor put some recognizable background music such as Panzer Lied or Lili Marlene on in place of the song, whatever it may be, that he uses now?

 

It has been covered before, but unfortunately the active forum admin does not own the host website. Changes there will only take place if crazypit can be pesuaded to carry them out.

Background music for websites is wrong.

 

If there would come such a thing as music on the site, make it optional.
Already I find my self to often having to put up with an annoying tune, shut down all my sound, or stop my current music.
Highly annoying.
So basicly, no music on the site please, download/copy your own and play that is my suggestion.

 

It's not about this forum but about the main website, www.military.cz/panzer. This forum will not have background music if I can help it.

Me262: Skua and I are responsible for removing the signature function because things were being used as signatures that we could not tolerate. Besides, they only distract from the actual content of the post.

 

PLEASE don't put music on the forum! It's not that I mind music so much, but who's to say that the tune Admin thinks apropos is going to appeal to all the rest of us?

Besides, it would be a waste of effort, since I usually have the speakers off anyway!

 

Of course. I don't think anyone was ever planning for that sort of thing.
