    Don't know yet. I take it that it's probably not finished. From the restoration pictures of the P-61 at MAAM:

    They do state: "THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL STABILIZERS ARE MATED TO THE TAIL BOOMS AS THE P-61 IS READIED FOR ROLL-OUT AT WORLD WAR II WEEKEND"
